Three steps. Then it just runs.
Audit, pick a tier, we deliver. Foundations are live within 7 days of signup; the full tier setup is operational by day 14. Below: the day-by-day timeline, exactly what we need from you, and answers to the onboarding questions every customer asks.
Three steps. Then it just runs.
- 01
Free audit, real findings.
Submit your URL. Six dimensions scored. One-page dossier in 24 hours. No email gauntlet, no pitch.
- 02
Pick a tier or à la carte.
$399 / $699 / $999 per month, each bundling what your niche actually needs. Or buy one service. Annual saves ~17%.
- 03
We deliver, in your dashboard.
Project status, GBP impressions, ad performance, AI call logs — live in your dashboard. No buried Sheets, no mystery meetings.
The first 14 days.
Same shape every engagement. Days are calendar days from when you complete signup; we adapt around weekends and your availability for the calls.
- Days 0-1Sign
Sign up, pay, and we have a kickoff conversation
You pick a tier on the pricing page and pay through Stripe. Within an hour we send a kickoff form (5 minutes to fill in) plus a calendar link for a 30-minute call. We use the call to align on priorities and confirm the access we need.
- Stripe receipt + invoice in your inbox
- Kickoff form: business basics, current platforms, top 3 priorities
- 30-minute kickoff call (yours when you book it; we are flexible)
- Access checklist: GBP, social, ad accounts, web host, CMS
- Days 2-3Audit
Full audit dossier delivered
A senior practitioner runs the full six-dimension audit on your business and produces an 8-15 page dossier. This is the same depth as a paid $600-$1,500 audit at most agencies; we just lead with it. Numbers are real, fixes are ranked by 90-day expected lift.
- 8-15 page audit dossier (PDF + linked online)
- Six-dimension scoring with cohort context
- Priority-ranked fix list with effort estimates
- Tier confirmation (or down-tier recommendation if you over-bought)
- Days 4-7Foundations
GBP rescue, schema, and the first set of fixes go live
We start with the highest-leverage gaps from the audit. For most small businesses this is GBP completeness, schema markup deployment, and basic mobile fixes. By the end of week one the foundation work is shipped and visible.
- GBP completeness pass (all 9 high-impact attributes filled)
- LocalBusiness + service-specific schema deployed sitewide
- Mobile fixes: tap targets, tel: links, image optimization
- Photo refresh on GBP if you have new photos to upload
- Days 8-11Workflows
Reviews, reminders, and dashboard go live
The automation layer comes online. Review request workflow timed correctly to your customer cadence. Reminder system (email + SMS) wired to your booking platform. Performance dashboard configured with the metrics that matter for your tier.
- Review request automation (24-48h post-service trigger)
- AI-drafted reply system for new reviews
- Email + SMS reminder flow tied to bookings
- Performance dashboard live at app.aspireco.ca
- Days 12-14Tier specifics
Tier-specific work + handoff to ongoing operation
The tier-specific layer ships. Local Hero gets the local SEO sprint and social calendar started. Market Dominator gets ads campaigns built and AIR voice agent trained on your business. By day 14 the engagement is operational; ongoing optimization continues monthly.
- Local Hero: local SEO sprint complete + first social posts published
- Market Dominator: Google + Meta ads campaigns live, AIR trained
- Monthly cadence established (weekly check-ins → monthly reports)
- Day-14 review call to confirm everything is running as expected
What you do vs. what we do.
- Replying to our access requests within ~24 hours during the first 14 days
- Approving copy, photos, and ad creative before they go live (one-tap approvals in the dashboard)
- Showing up for the kickoff call and the day-14 review call
- Answering urgent questions when an unusual customer issue requires your judgment (rare; ~1-2 times per quarter)
- Communicating any operational changes that affect what we run for you (new services, hours changes, location moves)
- The audit dossier and prioritized fix list
- GBP cleanup, schema deployment, mobile fixes, citation cleanup
- Reviews automation: requests, AI-drafted replies, daily flag for negatives
- Email and SMS automation: drips, reminders, recovery flows
- Local SEO: ongoing on-page work, content, internal linking
- Social posting: 12 posts a month with templated captions you can swap
- Ad campaign management (Local Hero+ for Google Ads, Market Dominator for both)
- AIR voice agent: training, monitoring, monthly quality review
- Monthly performance reports and a quarterly business review
Most engagements feel one-sided in the customer's favor — we ask very little of you after signup, because the workflows take over. The exception is the first 14 days, where we'll need responses within ~24 hours so we can keep moving.
What “AI-leveraged” actually means.
Not a buzzword. Specific workflows running on your data, every hour of every day, that used to require a person.
- Reviews on n8n
Not on someone's calendar
Every transaction triggers a review request 24-48 hours later. AI drafts a reply within seconds; you approve in one tap. Negatives get flagged within an hour for thoughtful response — never auto-replied.
- Audits in 24h
Not in a slack queue
Because OpenRouter pulls the data, Claude writes the dossier, and the workflow uploads it to your dashboard. Not because someone is staying up. Same depth, faster delivery, lower cost.
- AIR at 2am
Not on hold
Because it is an LLM voice agent, not a human. It schedules onto your real calendar, sends the customer a confirmation text, and sleeps when there are no calls. 24/7 coverage at less than 1/8 the cost of a human receptionist.
- Dashboards live
Not a monthly PDF
Because Supabase queries refresh in real-time and the React dashboard pulls from there. You see what is happening today, not what happened last month — and you can drill into any metric.
The questions every new customer asks.
How quickly do I see results?
Foundations are visible to you immediately (GBP attributes filled, schema deployed, mobile fixed). Visibility-side results — local pack appearances, organic search ranking — typically show movement at 60-90 days, with most of the lift landing in months 3-6. Booking-side results (form completion, no-show rate, review velocity) typically move within the first 30 days because we are fixing the funnel directly.
What if I do not have all the access you need?
Most customers cannot find at least one credential during signup; that is normal. We have recovery procedures for every common platform — Google has a verification flow for lost GBP access, social platforms have admin-recovery flows, hosting providers can transfer ownership. Worst case we add a few days to the timeline while we recover access; we will not start work that requires access we do not yet have.
Can I keep my existing developer / agency for parts of this?
Yes. We integrate with whatever you already have. Common pattern: existing developer continues to maintain custom site features; we run everything else (GBP, reviews, automation, ads, AIR). We will share docs and Loom walkthroughs so your developer can review what we deploy.
What changes if I am on Foundation vs. a higher tier?
Days 1-7 are the same regardless of tier: kickoff, audit, GBP rescue, schema, basic mobile fixes, reviews automation. The work expands at higher tiers from day 8: Local Hero adds local SEO sprint and social calendar; Market Dominator adds ads management and AIR voice agent training. Tier-specific work is detailed in the audit dossier so you know exactly what is included.
What happens if I am unhappy?
Email info@aspireco.ca with what is wrong. We will respond within one business day. We do not run a retention pitch — if the engagement is not working, we will agree on either a corrective plan with a 30-day check-in, or a clean cancellation under our refunds policy. The whole point of month-to-month is that you should never feel trapped.
